For online purchases, final taxes and duties are determined at the check-out page based on your location. In store purchases are subject to Danish VAT (25%).
We accept payment by Visa, Visa Dankort, Mastercard, American Express and on special occasions also bank transfer. In this case, please contact us for further information.
The warranty for products purchased at Them Objects is 2 years, guaranteed by the product manufacturer.

1.1 Online Purchases
When making a purchase on Them Objects you would need to choose your desired products and add them to your cart. Until the final step you will be able to amend your selection and choose not to proceed with your purchase. Shipping costs will be added on top of the total price, depending on your location. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary.
For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the purchase date after the client receives the product. This does not apply to made-to-order items.
1.3 Made To Order Items + One Of A Kind
Made to order items and one of a kind cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. You can find out if an item is made to order by looking in the product description. If you are unsure, you are welcome to write to: hej@themobjects.com
1.4 Returns
The item must be returned in the same condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. This means that you can unpack the item but it cannot be used. You must note your order number when returning. The customer holds the responsibility to pay for shipping costs of a return. The customer holds full responsibility for the item or its condition until it has arrived at Them Objects. We are not at fault for items that have been lost in the delivery process of returning. In the case of a partial return, shipping is not refunded.

Returns from outside the EU
For the package to pass through the customs, you must include the CVR number on the outside of the package when returning. CVR NO.: DK43622773
We do not pick up packages in package shops. The return must be delivered to our adress.
2.1 Shipping And Tracking
Delivery costs vary depending on the product and the destination. The delivery cost will appear at check-out before the payment.
Orders for in stock items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days following the purchase. When your order is packed for delivery, you will receive a tracking number (if available) where you can follow your package.
Made-to-order items have delivery times determined by the manufacturer. Them Objects is not responsible for delays in production.

This information is for internal use only, it will remain strictly confidential and will not be shared with third party members.
